AMG/AMGH gravel pumps, Construction of this pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet passage. The wet parts are made of Ni hard and high chromium abrasion resistance alloys.
The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360 degrees. This type of pump possesses the advantages of easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion resistance. Drive types includes V-belts driven, flexible coupling driven, gear box driven, hydraulic coupler driven, variable frequency driven, thyristor speed control etc.
AMG/AMGH gravel pump are designed for continuously handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids to be pumped by a common pump. The Gravel pump's compact design and optional impact resistant cast steel components make it ideally suited for the varied subsoils and long tunnel lengths that require a pump capable of multi staging on a high flow, high pressure,often surging application
The structure of 200AWN-500AWN type pumps are single-casing, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever and horizontal. According to the connection with the gear box, two structures can be offered: self-carrying bracket and pump-box assembly. The lubrication for the bracket is grease or thin oil.
The structure of 600AWN-1000AWN type pumps are double-casing, single-stage, single suction, cantilever and
horizontal. It has self-carrying bracket. Lubrication is forced thin oil lubricating. The double-casing design can ensure the liner can work till it is worn out, and if the liner crack, water can not enter into the pump.
AWN type pump adopts front-disassembly structure in favor of easy disassembly and maintenance. Also it is equipped with special disassembly tools for each different part according to each part's features. The standard trapezoidal quadruple thread is adopted to connect the impeller and shaft, which not only transmits strong torque but also is easy to disassembly
