Overview
A horizontal centrifugal back pull-out end suction massecuite pump is a kind of horizontal centrifugal single stage single suction back pull-out pump.
End suction pumps are base frame-mounted, general purpose, centrifugal pumps.

QI: End suction pump delivery water not more than 80 Celsius degrees.
QIR series is a hot temperature pump, delivering water not more than 150-celsius degree.
Special can full demand in 300 Celsius degree.

Massecuite pump's pipeline Configuration Considerations
The size of the pipe diameter chosen to need of consider the system resistance, slurry flow rate, and other comprehensive settlement of the critical factors. The suction pipe should be short and straight. In the suction of the slurry pump, the best way is to install a straight pipe that has some size to the inlet pipe's diameter, its length should not be less than three times the inlet diameter. Generally speaking, the suction pipe flow is 1.5-3.0m / s, depending on the flow rate of the slurry.
When using a high slurry pump suction piping's arrangement should avoid the residual air, recommend adopting the level reducer pipe.
The control valve should be located in the massecuite pump outlet pipe when using the flow control valves, it is not allowed install in the inlet pipe, in order to avoid cavitation.
