ABZD series vibrating screens are mainly used in coal, metallurgy, mining, power generation, building materials industry, waterconservancy engineering, light industry and chemical industries.
The vibrating screen is made of a common motor to make the screen body reciprocate periodically in the direction of the exciting force, and the material continuously moves linearly on the screen surface to achieve the purpose of screening.
This series of vibrating screen is composed of screen body, vibration motor, shock-absorbing spring and its legs.
The screen frame components are composed of screen frame, screen plate and fastening device. The side panel of the screen frame is made of a whole piece of high-quality steel plate. The connection between the side panel, the stiffener plate and the beam, andthe underframe is connected with high-strength bolts and self-locking nuts or ring groove rivets, which is firm and reliable.The vibration motor is generally installed on the upper part of the screen box or on the side plates on both sides to make anup-vibration structure, or it can be arranged under the screen box to make a down-vibration structure. Universal couplings areused to connect the same series of vibration motors.
