General
AMG/AMGH sand gravel pumps, Construction of this pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet passage. The wet parts are made of Ni hard and high chromium abrasion resistance alloys.
The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360 degrees.
This type of pump possesses the advantages of easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion resistance
Drive types includes V-belts driven, flexible coupling driven, gear box driven, hydraulic coupler driven, variable frequency driven, thyristor speed control etc.
AMG/AMGH gravel pump are designed for continuously handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids to be pumped by a common pump. They are suitable for delivering slurries
in mining, explosive sludge in metal melting, grudging in dredger and course of river, and other fields. Type AMGH pumps are of high head ones
1. AMG Sand and Gravel pumps are horizontal centrifugal pumps, adopt special clamps clip tight pump body and pump cover. The discharge direction can be oriented in any direction of 360 degrees, easy installation and operation.
2. Bearing adopts cylindrical structure, easy for adjust the gap between impeller and pump body. It can be entirety dismantled when maintenance. Bearing lubricated by grease.
3. Compare with AM slurry pump, the sand gravel pump has spacious flow channel, better cavitation performance, much efficient, smaller hydraulic loss, also much more resistant to abrasion, high efficiency operation, can satisfy many kinds of bad transportation conditions.
4. Driving type mainly have V belt drive, elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, variable frequency driven etc.
5. Dig deep advantage, good dig deep effect within 30 meters, maximum digging deep 40-50meters.
6. Using a variety of speed and modifications to make pump running under best condition. Long service life, high efficiency which can meet many poor transport conditions.

7. Simple maintenance throat-bush: the mating face of the throat bush is tapered, so the wear is reduced and removal is simple.
